The letter to head officer Essay

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am representative of the US Social Movements and we are making a survey concerning the social polities of 100 US top countries. The results of this survey will be announced on the 25th of November, 2011 in New York Times.

It would be kind of you if you could tell me the Samsung’s policies on social responsibility and ethics. Please inform me what the company does for its employers and for the whole country in general.
It would be great if you could also answer the following questions:

1) What does Samsung do to manage the ethics programs in the workplace?
2) Does the country develop its own codes of ethics? If yes, please write what is done to develop them and what is being done?
3) Does Samsung participate in social activities? If yes, please tell more about that.

4) Does your company conduct any ethics training? If yes, please tell more about that.
5) What does the company plan to improve the further social programs?
6) How much money does Samsung invest in corporate social responsibility?
7) Has this social policy brought any positive results? What are these results?
8) What does the company expect from this social policy?
