Results
1. How many hours do you spend using communication technology?
Normally, I spend about seven-eight hours per day using communication technology mainly because I need it in my work.
2. How do different technologies that you used intentionally rank on the consumption meter? (Which do you use most, least, etc.?)
I use PC and phone mainly and they often stimulate my consumption.
3. Why do you think this is?
They have such effect because they provide the access to the broad range of information, especially commercial one, which I can access easily.
4. How do different technologies that you used unintentionally rank on the consumption scale?
The PC holds the lead because I have to use it in my work and often I suffer the unwanted exposure to technology that stimulates my consumption.
5. Why do you think this is? (In other words, if intentional usage rank is different from unintentional, what explains that difference? If they are the same, why do you think they are the same?)
I use technology unintentionally because it’s like a habit.
6. Finally, draw some conclusions about your own personal technology use. How much of a role does technology/media play in your life? Do your data give what you think is an accurate picture of you as a person?
I use technology at work and sometimes I unintentionally keep using them at home. For instance, I make phone calls related to my work being at home or I use my PC to make some work.
