Job experience      

          I have completed several assignments dedicated to information technologies and topics that are particularly interesting for me at the moment. The analysis of my assignment has revealed that I have made several grammar mistakes and some spelling errors. On analyzing those errors, I have arrived at the conclusion that they were the result of the lack of revision and editing on my part because I had to revise my assignments more carefully. Re-reading them a couple of times could help me to avoid those mistakes, which I have made.

          At the same time, my education and the work on specific assignments contributed to the development of my professional skills and expanded my experience consistently. In this regard, I would single out several areas, where I have made considerable progress. First, I have improved my organizational skills. I have managed to learn to schedule my workday and my learning for several weeks at the least. Also, I have managed to allocate the time that I need to complete various assignments properly. Also, I have improved my communication skills which help me to interact effectively with various people. Sometimes, I have to work with different people, some of whom I may dislike personally, but still, I have to communicate with them and now I can do it effectively since I distinguish clearly my personal and professional life.

          On the other hand, I still need some improvements in terms of my personal and professional development. In this regard, I need to develop my leadership skills above all because I believe leadership is very important in the contemporary business environment. Leadership is also helpful in my personal life as well. However, I have under-developed leadership skills so far, so I would like to improve them.
