In actuality, Advancement Corporation performs successfully, but the company still faces a number of problems. The company has to hire new recruiters and expand its personnel after the loss of a large part of well-qualified employees. In spite of certain improvements achieved by the company, the new project manager still has to work hard on the further improvement of the internal atmosphere in the company, the quality of human resources, and the training of employees to improve their performance.
At the moment, the project has already reached positive results as the company has hired new recruiters. In actuality, hiring new recruiters facilitated the position of the company. However, the problem arose, as new recruiters failed to be proficient in sales that prevented them from the effective performance and slowdown in the business development of Advancement Corporation. Nevertheless, new recruiters have integrated successfully into the organizational structure and culture.
The new training program was introduced to enhance the quality of human resources. The training program is scientific oriented and provide new recruiters with the basic knowledge and skills they may need in their work. In actuality, the training program is very important for the further improvement of the organizational performance but the further training and improvement of the existing training program is needed. Training of recruiters of the company brings positive effects but, as they are not sales-oriented, they have difficulties with fast learning and developing new skills and abilities, which they need in their work,
In addition, the company conducts the detailed analysis of employees’ needs. In such a way, through understanding needs, the company attempts to motivate employees meeting their needs and creating positive workplace environment (Greenwald, 2005). Advancement Corporation pays a particular attention to needs of employees because understanding of needs can help the company to develop positive organizational culture and to tackle problems, which employees face at the moment.
Therefore, the project has reached its key goals, new recruiters were hired, their qualification has been raised due to the training program, while the company focused on the development of a positive organizational culture through assessment and meeting needs of employees (Karakowsky, 2002). In such a way, the company keeps progressing but, at the moment, Advancement Corporation attempts to accelerate its progress.
Nevertheless, further improvements may be needed. More sales recruiters should be hired to enhance human resources of the company. In such a way, the company can enhance its position and balance its personnel hiring more diverse and sales-oriented recruiters. In fact, hiring new sales-oriented recruiters will increase the effectiveness of the training program and enhance the performance of recruiters.
At the same time, while enhancing human resources and hiring new recruiters, the project manager should promote recruiters, who are working in the company at the moment (Paese & Smitty 2005). The project manager should also consider the possibility of integration of new recruiters into the organizational culture and structure. In this regard, the involvement of new recruiters in team work can help them to integrate into the organizational culture and structure.
Thus, the new project manager can enhance consistently the performance of the organization but the new project manager should take into consideration actual needs of employees. In fact, the company has already reached a considerable progress in the improvement of its performance but new recruiters are needed. New recruiters have to be integrated into the organizational culture and structure.
