Dear Mr. Nikontein:
Thank you for your detailed feedback on our work. Timpolar Bank constantly strives to improve service levels and improve the technologies used. This allows our customers to get additional opportunities and to make the quality of their life better day after day.
We appreciate you for your long-term support as a valued customer. The Bank is pleased that you have chosen Timpolar Bank for all your business needs. However, the Client of Timpolar Bank with payment problems in the credit history may fail to receive the next loan.
Over the years you have been a valued customer, and it is in our rules to explain the main reasons for the Bank’s decision. Observing all necessary details, we are going to answer that providing additional credit is possible when all charges are paid by card not later than one month. Repayment charges on your card often occur with a delay of 3 months or more, which, unfortunately, do not allow you, Mr. Nikontein, to receive extra credit in our Bank.
It seems that you did absolutely right by notifying the Bank that you can not repay the loan due to some valid reasons. It should be noted that under current law the bank is not obliged to meet all the circumstances that may happen in the life of its clients and change the rules of an individual contract and repayment schedule.
We understand that the contemporary economic situation in the world has negatively affected many people, and we regret that some clients of our Bank are among them. However, you can also understand that our Bank must be able to collect all payment in the prescribed manner. Like you, our Bank also has its own bills to pay on a timely basis, and there is not any possibility to change this situation.
We assure you that when the schedule of your payments will change, the Bank will gladly provide you with the necessary credit. If you have any questions or would like to receive more additional information, please call our credit manager, Jim Melkoln, at (229) 145-9878.
Sincerely,
Walter Mintein
Credit Manager
