Replying Daniel’s post, I need to say that I agree with his position because health care workers are the first people whom we consult when something bad happen with our health. In such a way, these people should be always ready to react in proper way on a patient’s visit. This means that health care workers need specific working conditions which will help them to exercise their main functions in the best way. Every person should know that his or her rights would be always protected, and for the purpose to avoid various facts of unfair acts concerning health care workers, they have the right to go on strike. But there exist a very important detail, which is considered to be a moral side of the issue. Of course, health care workers should have the same right as workers in other occupations to protect themselves from various violations of their human and professional rights, but they also should remember that human health and life are in their hands, and a group of health care workers should always stay in a health care facility to provide all the necessary help to all people who depend on them.

Brianna’s position is somehow similar to Daniel’s position, and I agree with it too. I agree with Brianna’s words that every person needs a professional care and only calm, patient and healthy nurse (or other health care professional) can take care of other people, who suffer from various diseases, in the most effective way. Brianna mentioned in her post that a doctor’s position is better than a position of an ordinary nurse (for instance, in salary), but she didn’t mention that doctors are more responsible for the life of their patients than other health care professionals. To be more specific, it is important to mention that all health care professionals are a part of a big mechanism, which makes our life better and healthier; thus, it is wrong to divide their responsibilities and their rights because every health care professional has its own functions on the job, and every health care worker is important on his or her certain place in a complex mechanism of efficient treatment. Thus, doctors and nurses, who work in everyday stress, should be protected from various violations of their rights, and should have the right to unionize, collectively bargain and strike (of course, it is important to remember about the moral side of the question mentioned above).
