In addition, his colleges see that he has succeeded a lot and want to be like him. So, they start working harder and do their best to join this program abroad as they also want to get more experience, improve their professional level and obtain a better paid job. Hence, the employees’ performance
increases and when they are sent abroad to get the needed experience they become more successful, so they are satisfied with their work and life as they can afford themselves to lead a better life after getting a well-paid job.
In conclusion, TCS has found a solution how to keep its employees satisfied and encourage them to develop their professional skills, resulting in the company’s success.
