John Smith was an experienced animator, who has got a considerable success in his professional development and has extensive professional experience. While working with John Smith I have managed to develop my professional skills and abilities and learn to use my internal potential. At the same time, he helped me to reveal my internal creative potential. He always paid a lot of attention to the development of creativity of his subordinates and he provided me with a large degree of autonomy in my creative work that naturally contributed to my professional development. I believe that experience of my work with John Smith was very helpful for my professional and personal development. At the same time, John Smith appreciated my work but he pointed out that I was too focused on how people would perceive my work, instead of focusing on my inner world and my own ideas. His experience helped me to develop a new view on my work and my occupation at large because an animator is an artist, whose creative work is a sort of masterpiece and it is up to an artist to create either a casual work or a masterpiece.
