Technology has become and indispensable part of people’s lives. Computers and internet have changed everything in the lives of people. It is almost unbelievable for people who use different kinds of modern technology to stop using it suddenly. There are constantly being developed different gadgets, programs and possibilities for people. When a person tries a new technology and gets used to it, it is extremely difficult to make his stop using it, as he can not imagine his life without it anymore.
Some people are not interested in modern technology and they ignore and miss the impact of the social adaptation and use of technology. People do this for several reasons- religious understanding, the lack of money, the lack of resources, the lack of interest, other interests, different values and beliefs. People in poor countries do not even know about all these modern gadgets and possibilities that people in developing and developed countries have. The gap is really huge and it is unbelievable that one person is surfing the net with his iPad on one side of the world, and another person on the other side of the world does not even know what a computer is. It is hard to understand, but a considerable part of the world does not need technologies, as they have everything they need to live the life they are used to, as described in What is the impact of technology on our society?
All in all, it is important to have a balance in life and to devote some time to most important things than the updates of the newest technologies. With the technologies that were implemented in people’s lives, the way of life of the humanity will never be the same.
